Global Data Hub

GLOBAL DATA HUB

The Global Data Hub provides large volume, integrated, credit reference data users with a single, common point of entry into multiple company information providers.  Use of the Global Data Hub significantly reduces IT systems integration costs and dramatically improves a company’s ability to use ‘best-of-breed’ data suppliers on a case-by-case or country by country basis. To facilitate the simultaneous management of multiple company information data sources, the data hub provides clients with:

A single, secure, common (xml) technical interface into multiple credit agency data providers.

A data transformation environment through which a number of common data packets will be made available, each with varying degrees of data and incorporating original and ‘harmonised’ versions of risk scores, legal forms and activity codes.
A single, common daily data monitoring solution across all associated information providers.
Access to information provider original format (html) reports and documents.

A web based management console will provide authorised users with real-time access to MIS reporting and data source management features including:
Cross information provider service availability status and associated rules engine to manage the dynamic switching from one provider to another in the event of service failure.
Cross information provider SLA monitoring and reporting.
Cross information provider billing and usage statements.

The data hub will provide clients with a highly cost effective alternative to building their own links to the various company information providers, and whilst other alternatives exist that provide single point entry to multiple data sources, none of these go as far with data transformation or the provision of a common daily data monitoring solution.
